1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return an item.
2. Return Conditions
To be accepted, any returned item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Accompanied by all original tags attached
- Packaged in its original packaging or equivalent
- Accompanied by the return form or your order number
3. How to Return an Item

- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
- Approval: Our team reviews your request and sends you return instructions within 48 business hours
- Shipping: Ship your package to the address provided within 7 days of approval
- Processing: Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 5 to 10 business days

5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for defective items or errors on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your package. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after the item is inspected.
